Get early access

Privacy policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Elf My Family ("we", "us") is operated by Outbound BPO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. We keep this simple and collect as little as we can.

What we collect now

While we prepare to launch, the only personal data we collect is the email address you give us when you join the early-access list, the date you joined and whether you ticked the consent box. We use it only to tell you when Elf My Family launches and about our launch offer.

Photos (when the service launches)

When you make a video, you upload photos of faces. We use those photos only to create your video. They are deleted automatically once your video has been made (and in any case within 7 days), and we never use them to train AI models, sell them or share them for any other purpose. Finished videos are kept for up to 30 days so you can download them, then deleted. Only upload photos of people who agree to be included, or of children you are responsible for.

Lawful basis

Early-access emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Photos and videos: to provide the service you ask for (contract).

Who we share data with

We use carefully chosen service providers to host the website and, when we launch, to process images and video on our behalf. They may only use your data to provide that service to us. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can contact us about your data by replying to any email we send you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We will update this page if anything changes, including before the full service launches.
