These terms apply to elfmyfamily.co.uk, operated by Outbound BPO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you agree to them.

Early access

Elf My Family has not launched yet. Joining the early-access list is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. Prices shown ("from £4.99") are indicative and will be confirmed before you pay.

Your photos

When the service launches, you must only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who agree to be included (or children you are responsible for). Don't upload anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your photos; you give us permission to use them only to make your video.

Your video

Videos are for personal, non-commercial sharing. Results are created automatically and are meant to be fun, so likenesses will be cartoon-style and won't be perfect.

Our responsibility

We provide the site with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Independence

Elf My Family is an independent service with its own original characters. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any film, studio or other elf-themed app.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, especially at launch. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
